Journal Entry 4



   How do it make me feel when someone doesn't use my name, but the always have a complain. It makes me  wonder if they have an issue with themselves or if they feel that am better then them. I look at them and wonder if  they treat everyone like this, or just me. If they treat everyone like this that means they have some issue with themselves. If it just me then maybe I have done something  to them, or maybe they don't like the way I smile, or maybe they don't like the way I dress.I think I will have a talk with them. I may be wrong for thinking they have an issue with me. If we have a talk, then they can tell me what has made them feel that way. I feel that if your having a problem like this you should have a talk with them. If you have a talk with them it will make you and them have a better understanding on what the both of you feel. This way the problem can be resolved.

Journal entry 3

Scenario: Clarity; I would explain to the parents how we work hard to protect  all children in the center. We have a policy that states no peanut butter. I would also explain how,  I would like for all the children to participate  in the birthday party. Scenario: Consistency; If the employee comes to work everyday and do he/she work, I would try to find a way to help. I would find someone to cover the shift or change he/she schedule. Scenario: Caring; I would explain to the father I was unaware of the incident, and now that I'm aware I will take the proper measure to insure this will not happen again.

My child center will sever the Bronfenbrenner's ecological circle. We will offer discounts monthly, we will be a resources to the community. we will sever to the special needs children in the community. All staff have a CDA or has prior child development training, and  CPR certified. We teach through play, helping  children with self help skills, and social skills. The strength of the center is the director, staff, appearance of the center, and the care that we provide. The center could improve by offering a collage education to all employees.
