Journal entry 3

Scenario: Clarity; I would explain to the parents how we work hard to protect  all children in the center. We have a policy that states no peanut butter. I would also explain how,  I would like for all the children to participate  in the birthday party. Scenario: Consistency; If the employee comes to work everyday and do he/she work, I would try to find a way to help. I would find someone to cover the shift or change he/she schedule. Scenario: Caring; I would explain to the father I was unaware of the incident, and now that I'm aware I will take the proper measure to insure this will not happen again.
